ERIC

Well old mate - in times gone by
We drank a glass or two
We danced and jumped - played all night
As the young so often do

The music set our feet afire
The beer was cold and sweet
We caught the eye of all the girls
And boogied to the beat

Young strong backs - we worked so hard
And sweated in the Sun
We planted our seed - pulled each weed
And harvest time was fun

But why old mate - did you bugger off
With so much left to do

But we wish you well on your journey
And we will remember you
